The offer is accepted by ticking “I accept…” during registration together with confirming the phone number with a code or via Telegram (Article 370 of the Civil Code; Articles 14, 15 and 19 of the Law “On Electronic Commerce”). From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded in writing.
1.3. Persons aged 18 or older may use the Service and conclude the agreement.
1.4. Integral parts of this Agreement are the Privacy Policy, the Consent to the processing of personal data and the “Pricing” page on the website pixibook.uz.
1.5. This Agreement is published in Uzbek (the main text) and Russian. In case of any discrepancy, the Uzbek text prevails.

3. What Pixibook does
3.1. Pixibook is a digital family album: it stores a family’s photos and videos, suggests sorting them by years and events, and shows them to family members and to those with whom the User has shared a link.
3.2. Pixibook only makes suggestions: events, titles, hiding similar or poor-quality shots. Nothing is sorted, hidden or deleted without the User’s decision.
3.3. AI assistants (restoration, colorization and others) run only on the User’s command. The result is saved as a separate version marked “Processed by AI”; the original photo is not changed. The result of AI processing may be inaccurate.
3.4. A printed (“live”) album is ordered separately; its contents, price, production and delivery time are stated when the order is placed.
4. Account and family
4.1. Login is by phone number with a code or via the Telegram bot. The User is responsible for actions performed under their account and does not give access to it to other persons.
4.2. The creator of a family is the Keeper. The Keeper invites relatives, assigns their rights (a member uploads and sorts photos, a viewer only views) and revokes access.
4.3. Everything uploaded to a family is visible to its members. With the “Share” link, the User personally opens viewing of an album or event to anyone who has the link, and may revoke access at any time.
5. Plans and payment
5.1. The Start plan is free. Paid plans, their prices, storage and features are listed on the “Pricing” page; they are paid for a month or a year in advance.
5.2. The price of a paid period does not change. As long as the subscription is renewed without interruption, the family pays the price at which it bought; we announce new prices at least 30 days in advance, and they apply only to new periods.
5.3. Payment is made through payment systems (Payme, Click and others). Bank card data is processed by the payment systems; Pixibook does not receive or store it. After payment we send an electronic receipt (Article 23 of the Law “On Electronic Commerce”).
5.4. Auto-renewal is turned on only with the User’s consent; we send a reminder 3 days before the charge. Renewal can be turned off at any time.
6. Cancelling a subscription and refunds
6.1. The User may cancel the subscription at any time. When a paid period is cancelled, we refund the money for the full unused months.
6.2. If the service was not provided through Pixibook’s fault, the money for that period is refunded in full.
6.3. Money is refunded by the same method used for payment, within 10 days from the date of the request. The costs of the refund are borne by Pixibook.
6.4. A printed album is made to individual order. The production and delivery time is stated in the order and does not exceed 30 days, unless a different time is agreed in the order (Article 25 of the Law “On Electronic Commerce”). If an album is defective, we remake it or refund the money (Article 19 of the Law “On Consumer Protection”, Article 26 of the Law “On Electronic Commerce”).
7. When a subscription has ended
7.1. Nothing is deleted immediately. For 6 months the album works in “view and download” mode: all photos are visible, originals can be downloaded, “Share” links work; new photos can be added while there is space within the free plan.
7.2. We remind you that the subscription is ending via Telegram (later — by SMS): 3 days before the end, on the day it ends, after 1, 3 and 5 months, a week before and a day before deletion.
7.3. If the subscription is not renewed within 6 months, the originals of all photos and videos are deleted. Reduced viewing copies of photos, video cover frames, events, people and the chronicle are kept. Nothing is deleted until at least 3 reminders have been delivered to the User.
8. Rights to photos and videos
8.1. All rights to uploaded photos, videos and texts remain with the User (or with their authors).
8.2. So that the Service can work, the User grants Pixibook, free of charge, a simple (non-exclusive) licence (Articles 38, 39 and 42 of the Law “On Copyright and Related Rights”) worldwide, for as long as the materials are stored in the Service and for 30 days after their deletion (backups), for the following uses:
— reproduction: storing originals and backups;
— adaptation: creating reduced viewing copies, rotation, edits and processing by AI assistants on the User’s command;
— making available to the public: showing only to family members and to those to whom the User has opened access with the “Share” link;
— reproduction in a printed album ordered by the User.
8.3. Pixibook may entrust these actions to contractors only for the stated purposes (data storage, AI processing with the consent of the family Keeper, printing house, delivery).
8.4. Pixibook does not use the User’s photos and videos in advertising, does not sell them and does not train AI models on them without the User’s separate consent.
9. User obligations
9.1. The User uploads only materials to which they hold the rights.
9.2. If other people appear in a photo, the User confirms that they are entitled to share it with the family. The User uploads photos of minors as their parent (guardian) or with the parents’ consent (Article 21 of the Law “On Personal Data”).
9.3. It is prohibited to upload and distribute through the Service: pornography and sexual materials involving minors, propaganda of violence, terrorism, extremism or hatred, materials that violate the rights and privacy of others, and any other information prohibited by law (Article 12¹ of the Law “On Informatization”).
10. Complaints and moderation
10.1. Any material opened via a link can be reported by email to pixibook.uz@gmail.com or via the Telegram bot.
10.2. Suspicious material is hidden from everyone except the uploader and is reviewed by a person. We do not delete family photos automatically. Clearly prohibited materials are deleted, and the violator’s account may be blocked.
11. Safety and availability
11.1. We store data on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan, make backups and protect access (for details, see the Privacy Policy).
11.2. We aim to keep the Service running around the clock, but technical interruptions are possible; we give advance notice of planned maintenance. We recommend keeping copies of your most important photos yourself as well — they can be downloaded at any time.
12. Liability
12.1. The parties are liable for non-performance of the agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This Agreement does not limit the consumer rights provided by law.
12.2. Pixibook is not responsible for the content of materials uploaded by the User, or for interruptions in the work of telecom operators, payment systems and Telegram that are beyond Pixibook’s control.
13. Deleting an account
13.1. The User may delete their account, and the Keeper may delete the family and all its materials, by writing to us at pixibook.uz@gmail.com or via the Telegram bot (later — with a button in the settings).
13.2. Deletion is carried out after 30 days: during this time it can be cancelled. After that, files and data are deleted, except for information that we are required to keep by law (for example, payment documents).
14. Changes to the Agreement
14.1. A new edition is published on the website with its date. We announce significant changes at least 15 days in advance. To continue using the Service, you need to accept the new edition.
14.2. The terms of an already paid period (price, storage, retention periods) do not change.
15. Disputes
15.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
15.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. A claim can be sent to pixibook.uz@gmail.com; we reply within 10 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
