Consent to the processing of personal data

1. To whom

By ticking “I accept…” during registration and confirming my phone number, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to [TO BE FILLED IN: company name] (TIN [TO BE FILLED IN: TIN], address: [TO BE FILLED IN: legal address]), the operator of the Pixibook service, to process my personal data on the terms below.

2. What data

Name, phone number, Telegram ID, email (if provided), the photos and videos I upload and information from them (date, place and device of shooting), event titles, captions and stories, names of relatives, payment and delivery data, technical data (cookies, IP address, browser).

3. Purposes

Providing the Pixibook service under the User Agreement: storing and sorting photos, viewing them together with the family, logging in and protecting the account, notifications, payment and receipts, producing and delivering the printed album, replying to requests, complying with legal requirements.

4. Actions with the data

Collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction; making the data available to members of my family and to those to whom I have opened access; transfer to the persons listed in the Privacy Policy for the stated purposes. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automated means.

5. Transfer abroad

Login codes and notifications are delivered via Telegram (outside Uzbekistan). Photos are transferred to an external AI service abroad (Replicate, Inc., USA) only with the separate consent of the family Keeper and only when I myself start an AI assistant (Article 15 of the Law).

6. Children and other people in photos

I am 18 or older. By uploading photos of minors, I confirm that I am their parent (guardian) or have obtained their parents’ consent; by uploading photos of other people, I confirm that I am entitled to share them with the family.

7. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid as long as my account exists, or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw consent in the same form in which I gave it (via the website or the bot @pixibook_uz_bot), or in writing to pixibook.uz@gmail.com. After withdrawal, processing stops and the data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
